These songs were recorded during the National Anthems and Ridiculous Wrists sessions.

Vreselijk Ongeluk plays drums on all of these songs. He sings on Eating a Police Horse and also plays guitar on that song.

Spoelstra plays guitar on And Last But Not Least Death, Spokesperson For The Emo Movement and When You Are On Acid You Can Actually Fly. He also sings on that song. Spoelstra also made the cover art.

Freddie Mercury plays bass on all the songs, and sings on Spokesperson For The Emo Movement.

1, 2, 3 recorded august 2010 by Geert van den Berg in a country house near Deventer, 4 and 5 in december 2007 by Milan in Sing-Sing Studios, Metslawier. Mastered october 2012 by Geert van den Berg. Released on Narrominded.
